Purple Savoy’s Pizza has opened its first location in Iowa. The franchised unit is positioned at 203 Pierce Avenue in Sioux Metropolis, in keeping with a press launch.
The Minnesota-based firm serves what it calls “Sota-Model” pizza with a skinny crust and a “Passive Aggressive” sauce. The unique location opened in 1965 on the east facet of Saint Paul, Minnesota by Earl “Purple” Schoenheider.
“We have had such a requirement from our Iowa neighbors wanting a Purple’s Savoy Pizza close to them; we’re thrilled that we may accomplice with our superior franchisees to make it occur,” Reed Daniels, CEO of Purple’s Savoy Pizza, mentioned within the press launch.
