Brooklyn residents Matt Diaz, Bob Edinger and Guadalupe Candia have opened Bar Biba, a pizzeria and wine bar, in Mattress-Stuy in Brooklyn, New York, in accordance with a Brooklyn Journal report.
Diaz, who owns For All Issues Good, wished a wine bar and when a location opened up throughout the road from the place one other pizzeria had been, he stayed up all evening writing a marketing strategy to safe the cash and the situation.
“The house was simply so fairly,” Diaz advised the journal. “Excellent for the sort of cool, cute, cozy neighborhood wine bar I had in my thoughts. And it got here with an enormous, floor-to-ceiling pizza oven so I used to be like, welp, time to discover ways to make pizza!”
The restaurant is open within the evenings for service.
