Sydney-based brewing group, Lion, has accomplished its takeover of Australian spirits producer 4 Pillars for an undisclosed sum.
4 Pillars joins the Lion-owned Vanguard Luxurious Manufacturers distribution enterprise, home distributor of the model since 2013, because the acquisition consists of possession of the distillery in Healesville, together with home and worldwide gross sales and advertising and marketing of the model.
4 Pillars co-founder and chief distiller Cameron Mackenzie, and co-founder and model and technique director Matt Jones, are to stay within the enterprise of their present roles.
