Normally after I’m in a rush, I don’t really feel like cooking, or after I’m lazy or drained! That is after I make my fast and scrumptious lunch thought for one.
It is certainly one of my best and favourite lunches!
I begin with a bundle of “Thai Kitchen Garlic Noodle Soup” (it is gluten free and vegan too and a packet serves one) as my base.
These packets are offered individually in lots of supermarkets within the Asian part (I am not endorsing them, simply sharing what I made)
