Dallas-based chain TGI Fridays goes again to its bar roots with a brand new seasonal cocktail menu. The Claus for Celebration menu brings “subsequent degree presentation and high quality to its cocktails with fresh-squeezed juices and syrups made in-house in addition to visible components like torched cocktail toppers that add extra texture and taste to every sip,” the corporate says.
The 14 new vacation drinks, unveiled in November, pair nicely with the model’s culinary lineup of Vacation Combos dishes. Cocktail highlights embody:
- Henny Sweater Climate: A relaxing house-mulled cider made with Hennessy V.S Cognac.
- Spruced Up Spritz: A vivid inexperienced sip mixing Hendrick’s gin, Midori liqueur, La Marca prosecco and seltzer.
- The Flying Reindeer: Bacardi rum, Midori, agave, citrus and Crimson Bull Crimson Watermelon.
- Peppermint Christmas in Jalisco: Patron silver tequila, chilled Ghirardelli cocoa, whipped vanilla foam and peppermint.
- Triple Berry Sleigh Experience Shooter: Smirnoff vodka, blackberry, cranberry, lemon and strawberry sugar.
- Star Anise Outdated Original: Bulleit bourbon and house-made star anise easy syrup.
TGI Fridays can be increasing its non-alcoholic choices, together with spirited and spirit-free takes on a Blood Orange Margarita, and a Chilled Cocoa beverage, that includes chilled Ghirardelli cocoa, torched whipped vanilla foam and graham cracker.
The model’s vacation cocktail menu a part of Fridays’ bigger bar reinvention. Leveraging client insights, trending flavors and strategic companions, Fridays undertook a deep dive into client drink preferences to create a menu that meets the variability and taste wants of all its visitors — from candy and fruity to spicy and earthy, from spirits to seltzer and non-alcoholic choices.
