My daughter is dairy free so I made 1.5 the recipe, making a small (aluminum measurement disposable pie) and a 9″ quiche. I used oatmilk and goat cheese for hers. It was simply pretty much as good as the unique recipe. I used the cheese I had on hand-mexican mix plus smoked guyere and a little bit of parmesan. I did not have any cottage cheese so I put 1/2 cup of milk. BIG HIT! THANK YOU! I am going to positively be making this once more. Subsequent time I wish to add the cottage cheese.
