Hibiscus Margarita
Substances
- 2 oz Gran Coramino Cristalino
- 3/4 oz Contemporary Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Hibiscus Syrup*
- Hibiscus salt on the rim**
Preparation
- Shaken, served over ice.
- Lime garnish.
*Hibiscus Syrup
Preparation
- Add 1 quarts dried sorrel flowers, 3 thumbs Contemporary ginger, 4 cinnamon sticks, peel of 1 oranges, 6 cloves, 2.5 quarts water to pot, simmer.
- Steep in a single day to develop taste.
- Sweeten with cane sugar to style.
**Hibiscus Salt / sugar
Preparation
- Grind dried flowers in grinder / blender.
- Add sea salt / sugar and blend totally.
