I like hand-crafted granola! It’s so straightforward to make, and so significantly better than retailer purchased that since I began making my very own I’ve by no means gone again. I like that I can create my very own flavors as properly! The one drawback with it’s that when I’ve a pan of it cooling on the counter it’s actually exhausting to cease snacking on as it’s so good and so scrumptious when just a little bit heat nonetheless. Final weekend I made a very easy one and it was so scrumptious I’ve to share the recipe. It’s Strawberry Granola! Though I like nuts and coconut shreds in my granola a lot of the time, I actually let the strawberries be the star of this one!
I used thick rolled oats as the bottom, as a result of these are what I usually eat they usually give it a very good crunch. I made a coating of coconut oil, uncooked cashew butter, sweetened with maple syrup, strawberry powder and vanilla and it smelled superb earlier than even coating the granola! That is undoubtedly a successful combo and the aroma was so heavenly whereas it baked!
I added in freeze dried strawberries after it was baked and it was good! Sure, I’ve been utilizing a whole lot of them in my recipes these days however I purchased various them and I like them in recipes as a result of they add a lot intense strawberry taste! This granola was so scrumptious candy with strawberries and vanilla with a very good crunch, so easy however so good! My husband Eric even ate fairly a bit which suggests it must be good given he does not often eat any type of oats that aren’t fast cooking. If you’re within the temper for a crunchy munchy snack, undoubtedly give this Strawberry Granola a strive!
